Commission Stylist Duties:
- Braiding skillset (required)
- Shampoo, Detangle, conditioning (required)
- Perform effortless curls, sew-ins, custom hair coloring and creating styles for all clients
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and surrounding areas
- Display confidence and professionalism at all times
- Educate clients on products and new industry changes concerning their needs
- Sell Add-ons and retail products to clients
- Provide a luxury, customer experience through client interactions
- Demonstrating your personal style (while adhering to the Rose Style Studio dress code)
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Salon Apprentice Duties:
- Braiding skillset (required)
- Shampoo, Detangle, conditioning (required)
- Styling as needed
- Assist and support Master stylist
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and surrounding areas
- Display confidence and professionalism at all times
- Educate clients on products and new industry changes concerning their needs
- Assisting on inventory products and keeping shelves stocked
- E-commerce Department will include Styling wigs, assisting with any skills as coloring, fulfilling orders etc.
